minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink1•2 years agoI developed that fear first from a Tom Clancy novel, then Final Destination was kind enough to turn my imagination into real images. Now everytime I go past a lumber truck I worry both for my imminent demise and provoking a war with Japan.
The Final Destination series was 1990s, but is one of the best series for creative kills.
I still worry about my screen exploding and sending glass into my throat, even though it’s a curved OLED…
And everytime you drive behind a lumber transport…
And every time I try to pull off a sweet gymnastics maneuver below an air conditioning unit suspended by failing screws…
