minus-squareingylinkfedilink2•2 years agoRun it under hot water and use a scrub brush to wipe away the food. Never use soap with a cast iron as it will absorb the flavours of whatever you put in it over time. You can even but then pre seasoned.
Get a good cast iron pan. Greasy is good.
