I don’t know if you have Game Pass Ultimate but you can use a controller and cloud stream the game. Not trying to sound like an advertisement just wanted to let you know it’s an option if you don’t have access to Series S/X. Last time I tested their cloud service, it wasn’t too bad.

Yeah that’s exactly what I want out of a new Fable game: silly campy fun. That’s more important to me than graphics.
I get the urge to play 2 and 3 sometimes but there’s no way to play them. The first game has so many ways to play it but no love for the others sadly
Both 2 & 3 are on Xbox Game Pass, 3 even has FPS Boost!
Oh dang I had no idea, it would have to be the PC version though since I don’t have a current-gen Xbox anymore
