minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink3•2 years agoMucinex is recommended due to it having guaifenesin, it helps loosen up the mucus. Phenylephrine is the stuff that doesn’t work, but it is usually found in Mucinex too.

Mucinex is recommended due to it having guaifenesin, it helps loosen up the mucus.
