They just fixed it about a minute after my comment :)
thanks for letting me know. looks like lemmy is trying to add
[https://lemmy.world/post](https://lemmy.world/post`) in front of the URL so it doesn’t load well@burgersc12
Looks like it works now? It was a big gray box before on Connect, but now I can see it

This is super broken on Connect. Lemmy site shows the text but not the link.
Btw i think your markdown should be
on lemmy but yours looks like)ok i think this is only an issue when the post or reply is coming from Mastodon
i have a test account in lemmy and markdown is working as expected

No idea, but its taking up like 100x the space of a normal picture haha
