- 5000 req/hour for authenticated - personal
- 15000 req/hour for authenticated - enterprise org

Microsoft really should have just leaned into it and named it Clippy again.
It was never named Clippy 😉
If Cortana was named Bob I don’t think people would have less of a problem with it
