minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink15•4 days agoI was led to believe that soap left on dishes can give you diarrhea or worse. I mean, dishwashers and even washing machines for clothes have a rinsed cycle for a reason, I’d bet.
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilinkEnglish18•4 days agoHaving experience drinking water from a glass that wasn’t rinsed, I agree you shouldn’t ingest dish soap. Not to mention that soap alone doesn’t get rid of food particles, it’s the water’s job to carry it off the dish and down the drain.

Having experience drinking water from a glass that wasn’t rinsed, I agree you shouldn’t ingest dish soap.
