minus-square@jcgAlink5•1 year agoI learned to convert common ingredients, liquid and dry, from volume to weight and just weigh them. A lot easier to mix things that way and don’t need to have a bunch of different measuring utensils.
I convert recipe measurements to millilitres because it’s way easier to scale a recipe up and down that way.
