    Christ this is depressing. Isn’t China facing some kind of imminent population crisis? This isn’t encouraging for that.

      That’s how the previous gen failing the current gens - Purposely oversupply the workforce to get cheap labours.

      The worst, the oversupply is archived by giving them a false dream and selling them eduction and earning from them

      Agree. The graduation photos are pretty funny - kind of uplifting to see their youth having a good sense of awareness and full on mocking their futures.

    Her current priority, after all, is to get a breather from the 16-hour days in her previous job. “I lived like a walking corpse,” she said.

    And I’m sitting here 9 hours a day and get exhausted. Fucking 5 star nightmare.

    Young Chinese, who had always been told that the hard work they put in studying and chasing degrees would pay off, are now feeling defeated and trapped.

    Crazy how we aren’t so different here in the US.
