I hate it when people say shit like “a unique twist on pasta” like there aren’t already millions of ‘unique twists’. Humans have already put everything on pasta and pasta in everything.

Or another one I encounter too often “my own special [recipe/method/style/etc]” and the secret ingredient is… its just bad. no secret just bad.

IDK, pasta is basically just boiled flatbread in a fancy shape, I don’t see why this couldn’t work, at least in principle. Ever heard of rice pudding? Sounded just as weird to me the first time my mom told me about it, but turned out to be quite delicious. I’m almost tempted to give this one a try.

Thank you for showing me a way to cook pasta where I have to actively add things that look like bugs to it, quite appetizing

Dry cheeses like pecorino romano and parmesan actually mesh well with sweet flavors. This sounds tasty to me

It would be tasty except for the textures do not go together. Apples + pasta is not a good combo.

Edit: what I typed made no sense with all the typos

It might work if the apples were sliced to potato chip level of thin. Definitely not cubed though.

But that’s putting a lot of work into something that likely won’t taste very good to begin with.
