That’s helpful information, they both look like they’ve got good pedigrees. I’m a bit surprised that none of the normal fact and bias checker sites have anything for Drop Site.
I don’t quite understand the down votes here: Israel is a topic with lots of strong opinions, and basic good media literacy is to do research on sources you don’t recognize. There’s been a lot of shoddy journalism to get clicks out there, and one should be critical of the information they ingest. The Ground News bot is a good thing.
I’m having trouble finding any kind of credibility grading for this source
A lot of fridges are made to go both ways. You have to attach the handle and the hinge when you get it. A lot of fridges will have two plugs on the other side to cover the unused bolt holes
Yeah, this sounds like a good prank: it messes with their muscle memory, but it’s otherwise harmless
It’s the copy and paste thing support posts or says every fucking times you try and talk to them. I guess the down voters think I’m pro this weird act they do to make it feel like you have control of your data.
For a limited period of time necessary to resolve your customer support issue, you agree to allow Google customer support to access data about and associated with your Google product and account, which may include product information such as IMEI, Serial Number, country in which your product was purchased, account history and limited historical usage data.
The data accessed will be used to improve your customer service experience, to troubleshoot issues with this product, promotion history and for fraud prevention. Google will handle this data as described in Google’s https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US. Do we have your consent?
Please, be reasonable:

Mine is just running stock, but depending on what you’re trying to do with it I could imagine that a few things might not be palatable to some.
But it would make the rich richer, which makes it a good bet. I think the only thing that would stop private companies being allowed to develop beachfront property in the strip is if it were to turn out to be less profitable.
But that’s true of all governments that aren’t really looking out for their people.
Good luck with that, granddragon88
That’s a cool narrative you made up. You actually aren’t required to have your birth year in your username on most sites.
As someone who shares your birth year, I think you gotta accept that the HH meaning is enough of a stain to avoid putting it in your usernames
I know this is what-about-ism but I really wish we cared half as much about Meta having already destabilized the last two presidential elections.
What if you don’t intend to see someone before New Year’s and want to wish them a happy New Year as well, while being lazy?
I really don’t get this hatred for “Happy Holidays”, because even if you want to discredit the non Christian holidays in December/January, there are still two…
My understanding of why a lot of people come to communities like this is that… We could be living in a post-scarcity society. There is enough. We just don’t distribute it. We prioritize growing the wealth of a few dozen insanely rich people with the labor of everyone else. Which means we prioritize making the majority of people work shit jobs for next to nothing doing jobs of dubious value to society.
For what it’s worth, at no point was I trying to misinterpret what you’re saying. I actually, really, appreciate your thoughts on this. I don’t entirely agree with your tactic, but I get it.
Mostly, I think you friendly fire regularly. Sometimes, I really think people don’t get what you mean, because there was ambiguity. Sometimes you attack someone before they’ve made a point to disagree with. In this particular thread, the whole thing started with:
Care to share any evidence towards the kicks being triggered by olfactory overload?
Maybe I’m assuming good intent, but I don’t see a reason to assume that’s someone doubting you, over someone looking for some reading on cats. I made fun of you for you calling him ignorant with a copy and paste of a message you used on me, and I definitely didn’t have a point in the argument, and I definitely don’t see how any amount of reading comprehension of your earlier messages would have gotten me to a place of understanding that you were trying to out belligerent me.
I would argue that asking for clarification or examples is not inherently disingenuous. It can be, but it’s also a requirement for healthy discussion. You are equally punishing well-intentioned curiosity. I suspect you maybe enjoy being abrasive more than your explanation accounts for… but I get that it’s sort of a bit, and you’re doing okay.
I’m slightly concerned that you’ll push people away from the platform. The kind of trolling you’re doing is really hard to distinguish from the kind of trolling that makes Internet forums only really accessible to able bodied cis white males
Your go-to seems to be some real ableist bullshit. This thread was about cats, and I’m not exactly sure we need to gatekeep it to people who hold up to your expectations for debating acumen.
Who are you calling an amateur, buddy? I can argue you under the table!
